Services area

Located on the ground floor of the Office Building, the Services area provides various areas for commercial activities at the service of the entire building.
In total, there are two areas that can be used for catering, one in rough on two floors covering approximately 1,400 sq m, and another already equipped in the opposite wing.
The area is accessible through the lobby, which can be reached through two entrances facing the main courtyard and through the building’s internal distribution.
An important feature is the presence of a large area (approximately 1,500 sq m) with high levels of customisation and multi-utility (convention centre, and fitness centre).
