Currently, the expansion areas are only fields, but they have great potential for the Turin agri-food centre to develop. In addition to the high capacity just a few hundred meters away, CAAT has the right to have its own railway track within the Centre that will be available to the Storage / Processing Warehouses if exercised.

CAAT, within its area, has a very high theoretical building capacity (over 60,000 sq m) and an availability of land that could be immediately developed.
