School Project
Aware that conscious consumption is a lifestyle that encompasses all daily activities and not just a way to purchase goods, CAAT has promoted initiatives and projects in collaboration with local training institutions.
In particular, we would like to highlight the “Schools Project” which was developed for primary schools to raise awareness about seasonality, regional character of some products, food safety, and waste prevention.
Moreover, appreciation for seasonal food is an indication of respect for the environment and planet, which allows for the consumption of higher quality food at a lower cost.
