Curly Spinach
Curly Spinach is a medium-early cycle, seed-tolerant variety with broad, very blistered, dark green leaves. They are rich in vitamin A and folic acid....
The Globe artichoke is a variety with intense violet outer brateae with slight green hues and straw yellow internally, elongated and ending in a short thorn, fleshy and tender, with a delicate and slightly bitter taste. The plant can reach 1 m in height, has leaves arranged in a rosette with a robust branched flower stalk in the centre with 3-5 flower heads with not very numerous but tightly clustered bracts. The harvest period starts in October and in Sardinia lasts until April, thanks to its excellent resistance to cold.
