The white Italia grape is the typical table grape, very sweet and juicy. In fact, it contains about 8% fructose and 8% glucose and a high percentage of water (80%). It can therefore have a diuretic and purifying effect. It is also rich in mineral salts, potassium, iron, vitamin B1 and K which help maintain bones. The Italia grape ripens about a week later than other varieties and can be kept on the plant until December. It needs to grow in fertile and deep soils as it is a very vigorous vine. The bunches are large, full and heavy. They are also large, golden yellow and spherical in shape.
