Bianchetto is the spring lemon, fruit of the second flowering. The lemon plant has a tail flowering which occurs around the months of June-July, thanks to which the fruits, called “bianchetti”, will develop starting from March and until June of the following year.
The fruit has a more delicate aroma and flavour, a flattened round shape, semi-smooth and medium-thick skin, light yellow color and citrine yellow pulp.
