The Green Light (female variety) is a kiwi plant that has a medium-large fruit with a strong skin and green flesh. This variety, however, has an extremely important product characteristic compared to the others: it has the ability to be stored in the refrigerator for months without being damaged. The acidity, due to the presence of ascorbic acid (vitamin C), is a typical factor of the kiwi fruit, and determines with other organic acids the antioxidant and self-preserving activity of the fruit itself.
