Delica pumpkin, rich in beta-carotene and antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, contains calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, phosphorus and vitamin E. Furthermore, it has diuretic and calming properties and a high number of fibers that help rebalance the intestinal flora.
It is a rounded variety, with dark green, smooth skin and orange pulp.
Once cooked it has a very sweet flavor and a sweet and delicate smell.
